Workshop 6 Objective:

The aim and objective of this necessitous course is to take you through all the phases of case flow management and how attorneys, advocates and expert witnesses may efficiently, ethically and professionally engage in the case flow management process, including case management, now controlled by the judiciary. But, to get to grips with each of your roles, we need to unpack the terms case flow management and case management. Once that has been achieved, the course will show what a valuable management tool those practices, with your aid, will achieve in bringing about a speedier dispute resolution.
